Kelson Facades partnered with Bentley Projects to deliver a high-quality façade package for a bespoke new-build residence at Gages Close. The project combined precision craftsmanship with carefully detailed Swisspearl cladding and aluminium elements, creating a refined exterior that responds to both architectural intent and its natural surroundings. Delivered with meticulous attention to detail and efficient on-site coordination, the result is a visually striking and durable façade solution that enhances the overall quality of the home.

The Brief

Kelson Facades were appointed to install Swisspearl soffits and fascias as part of a high-quality residential new build, ensuring a clean and precise finish to complement the architectural design.

The Challenge

The project required each panel to be cut on-site to accommodate intricate detailing, including bespoke features designed to support wildlife habitats for bats and birds. Precision and care were essential throughout.

The Solution

Led on site by George Haynes, the project benefited from over 17 years of façade installation experience. George and his team delivered the works with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring each panel was precisely cut and installed to suit the intricate design and integrated wildlife features.

Strong teamwork and efficient coordination enabled a smooth installation process, maintaining programme while achieving a consistently high-quality, flawless finish across all elements.
